Study in Venice

Ca’ Foscari University, Università Iuav, Fine Arts Academy and Music Conservatory Benedetto Marcello established in 2017 the Study in Venice network, with the commitment of the City of Venice, in order to promote Venice as a city of higher education.
Besides providing international students with a wide range of study opportunities in the fields of each partner university, Study in Venice has decided to act directly to help both students and Venetian residents in these weeks of global pandemic. Study in Venice takes part in a project together with the City of Venice that aims to allocate flats in the historic centre to students who are looking for accomodation in the next semesters, considering that a great number of these flats are usually used for tourist rentals.
Study in Venice is going to send a survey to around 30.000 students currently enrolled in the Venetian institutions of higher education, whose results will help understand what students need and value the most in these tough times.
Two surveys are available on www.studyinvenice.it: one is for students currently enrolled, while the other one is thought for prospective students.
Study in Venice hopes that this project will be the first step toward a deeper integration of the whole university community within the city, a community that is not made only by students, but also by professors, assistants, researchers and administrative staff.
