Resilient communities (Italian pavilion)
The Italian Pavilion 2021, curated by Alessandro Melis, focuses on climate change and the related demanding challenges for architecture. From architectural exaptation to the global south and tacit ecology, it is a laboratory exhibition of educational elements, experiments and research.

Biennale Sessions (French pavilion)
This Biennale Session reflects on the images and stereotypes associated with large residential complexes, starting from the series of postcards created and published on Twitter under the title Un jour, une ZUP, une carte postale by Renaud Epstein, a sociologist specialised in urban policies. A group of Iuav students will contribute to this investigation by observing some of the most relevant public housing projects in Venice and the islands.

Lianghekou (Collateral events)
